The students and staff at Lapeer West High School had some fun this afternoon in preparation for the big Homecoming football game Friday night against Kearsley at 7 p.m. The pep assembly, hosted by Mr. Nowak alongside the cheerleaders and the marching band, got the students energized for the one of most fun weekends of the year. They even had some friendly competition between classes, including a relay race.

The assembly also honored the school’s fall sports teams.
