The Athletic Boosters monthly meeting / annual business meeting is tonight (Tuesday) at 7pm at LHS. Per our By-Laws, this is when nominations for open positions are taken and voted on by membership. Typically going into the meeting, we have had persons agree to accept the nominations and step into the board positions. Unfortunately, this year we have several people stepping down (including myself) due to no longer having children at LHS. This, in combination with a gradual decline in general membership, has left the club in an unprecedented and unfortunate position of being unable to fill the executive board. 

I am making a plea to consider stepping into one or more of our open positions which include:

• Vice President
• Middle School Chair
• Concession Chair
• Membership Chair
• Spirit Store Chair

If you or someone you know is interested in being nominated for any of these positions, please reach out to me.I can assure you the leadership that is remaining in the club is exceptional and a fantastic team to work with. Regardless, we need more people involved both within the executive board and general membership. This club cannot exist and continue to carry out our mission of supporting student-athletes without the involvement of parents.
