After a brief return to full 14-day quarantines last month, Lapeer Community Schools, along with all the public school districts in Lapeer County, will reinstitute a 10-day quarantine period for close contacts of COVID-19 cases effective immediately.

This means that any student or staff member deemed to be in close contact with a positive COVID-19 will not be permitted to return to school until 10 days after last close contact.
