Nine students place in the state MITES competition in Bellaire

Over the weekend, we are proud to have nine LCS students place in the state MITES (Michigan Industrial Technology Education Society) competition in Bellaire including one student, sophomore Dylan Fantin, who received a first place award (photo above).

Check out the above video to get a visual of the quality of work presented at the competition.

In the coming weeks, some of the projects will be displayed by Mr. Gutenschwager in the Lapeer High School metal shop.

Great job, students!
