The community is invited to attend the second LCS Innovation Night Tuesday January 28, 2014 in the Lapeer East Auditorium. It will be a great opportunity to hear about the exciting new programming in LCS for the 2014-15 school year. Students are requesting their classes for the fall throughout February, and this is an important time for parents to be informed of their children’s options for their education.

- 16 Advanced Placement Courses offered
- 13 DEEP Dual Enrollment Programs offered in Lapeer, through three local colleges
- SpringBoard English for 6th through 10th graders: Advanced English in preparation for AP
- Extended Day for Academic Advancement
- LCHAMP partnership for advanced math students though MSU
- Project Lead the Way (PLTW) STEM program for students with special interest in math and science
- Honors Choir and Wind Ensemble
