In case you missed it in the Lapeer County Press recently, two Lapeer West wrestlers have signed and will compete at the NCAA Division One level in the fall.
The Lapeer West wrestling program has had a long standing tradition of sending quality wrestlers on to the college ranks. That tradition continued on Tuesday, as Dean Somers and Adam Nichols inked with Lehigh University and Central Michigan University, respectively.
Earning the opportunity to wrestle at the D-1 level is a huge accomplishment. Great job guys and good luck at your respective schools.
