That’s a very scary situation. Our children spend moe time at shook than at home. Columbine than 9-11. How many times do I have to go and get my child out of school because I’m scared about their safety? But it happens all over movie theaters,streets,fights. I’m sick of living in a world that I’m scared to let my child go to school. Home schooling is sounding better and better.

As a new parent to this school district my first reaction to this most recent school shooting was, what is Lapeer School District doing to protect my children? Where can I find more information on what your staff is doing to protect our kids? At the administrative level, what is being done to prevent a school shooting in our district?
