Three of the five candidates running for two seats on the Lapeer Community Schools Board of Education will come together for a candidate forum October 23, 2012, at Rolland-Warner Middle School, 3145 W. Genesee St., Lapeer.

The forum will begin at 6 p.m. in the school’s cafetorium.

Candidates to appear: Wendy Byard, William Gavette and Jon Nugent

Unable to attend: Scot Atyeo and Elaine Gates

Voters will cast their votes for these seats on Tuesday, November 6, 2012. Board members serve six-year terms and are not compensated.
