On October 9, 2012, Lapeer East High School will host a county-wide College Night from 6-8 p.m.

The event will bring in over 50 colleges, universities, technical and business schools from across Michigan and the country. Participants will be able to ask college admission representatives about admission practices, campus-specific information, course offerings and application processes. In addition, there will be information on starting the process of paying for college including financial aid, grants and scholarships.

“This is an incredible opportunity for anyone who needs a little direction on their way to college,” said Matt Alley, counselor at East.

The event is free and open to the public.
