At Wednesday’s Talented and Gifted (TAG) wrap-up event at Zemmer Middle School, Mayfield TAG students presented the management of Paradise Animal Rescue with a check for $247.75. This money was raised by the Mayfield students through their Art Auction.

“Mayfield Students are proud to present Paradise Animal Rescue with this money,” said Chad Kenny, Mayfield TAG coordinator and teacher. ” The students recognize the importance the Paradise Animal Rescue plays for our local community. The students taught others about the shelter in order to raise awareness and travelled to the shelter to assist in chores for a day. They also recognized the need for financial support, so they organized an Art Auction as a Fundraiser.”
