Lapeer West athletic director Mary Haslinger has been recognized by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA) as a Certified Athletic Administrator.

Earning the CAC designation is a voluntary process which includes a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s educational background, work experience and professional contributions. In addition, the candidate must complete a comprehensive written examination.

According to a press release from the NIAAA, the certification places Haslinger in an “elite group of interscholastic athletic administrators nationwide.”
