This week, the Lapeer High School boys’ soccer team will host a fundraiser for the Lapeer Area Citizens Against Domestic Assault (LACADA) during the JV (5:30 p.m.) and varsity (6:45 p.m) soccer games on Thursday, September 19. The games will be played at Lapeer High School (East Campus).
About LACADA: Lapeer Area Citizens Against Domestic Assault provides free and confidential support to live a life free from violence. Survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault often feel alone and there is no where to turn. LACADA strives to empower survivors in regaining control in their lives through crisis intervention, advocacy, and support services.
The goal of the event is to raise both awareness of and support for LACADA and their mission.
