The Aktion club, comprised of the Post High students at Maple Grove, have concluded their book drive with the help of the students of Zemmer Middle School.
Lisa Yderstad’s students organized the drive at that site with students in that building collecting over 1,300 books. Patrick Lothrop’s iConnect students won the book drive competition collecting 328 books. In total, students at Zemmer and in the Post High program collected 1,535 books for the Family Literacy Center.
Mr. Lothrop’s students will be rewarded with a pizza party after spring break and will have a ceremony to present the books to the Family Literacy Center.
Awesome job students!
