The application window for the new Year-Round Elementary School at Turrill Elementary is now open!

The Year-Round School, starting August 1, will operate on a balanced academic calendar. Transportation will be provided for all students attending the Year-Round School. The benefits of a balanced calendar, including the closing of the “summer gap” in student retention, have been well-established through numerous studies. For Lapeer Community Schools, this new approach represents an option to families in the District.
