They’re calling it a spoof, but we won’t know exactly what they’ve created until Saturday afternoon. On Friday, a group of local students, including a crew from Rolland-Warner Middle School, took part in an all-day film-making workshop as part of the 4th annual Made-in-Michigan Film Festival.
The students were charged with the task of creating a short film to be viewed on Saturday at the Pix Theater as an official selection of the festival.
Rolland-Warner students Matthew Bray, Travis Herr, Megan Bizoukas, Marissa Pruitt, Jacob Mazor-Batistoni, Conner Lafferre , Ethan Sharrard , Allison Johnson , Rachel Metter and Zachary Fritz all took part in the event.
Watch as they describe the film and their overall experience.
