Action: Local students take part in film-making workshop at Made-in-Michigan Film Festival

Local students, including a group from Rolland-Warner Middle School, took part in a day-long film-making workshop as part of the Made-in-Michigan Film Festival on Oct. 21, 2011.

They’re calling it a spoof, but we won’t know exactly what they’ve created until Saturday afternoon. On Friday, a group of local students, including a crew from Rolland-Warner Middle School, took part in an all-day film-making workshop as part of the 4th annual Made-in-Michigan Film Festival.

The students were charged with the task of creating a short film to be viewed on Saturday at the Pix Theater as an official selection of the festival.
