The Senior Clap-Out is an annual tradition here at Lapeer Community Schools that will once again take place this year.

On Friday, May 31 at 3 p.m., each elementary school’s graduating seniors will parade through their elementary school one final time as the school’s current students and staff cheer them on and wish them well in their respective futures.

All students are asked to report to their elementary school between 2:45 p.m. and 2:50 p.m.

If a graduating senior went to Mayfield, started attending LCS after elementary school, or went to more than one elementary school in the district, they are free to attend the clap-out of their choice.

The clap-out at Rolland-Warner is scheduled for the same day, May 31, at 1 p.m.
