Lapeer West senior Rebecca Francis has been selected as the winner of a Special Scholarship sponsored by BorgWarner Inc., pursuant to an Agreement with the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC).

The Scholarship is worth $2,500 and is renewable annually.
