The third grade classes (with teachers Jennifer Christian and Nichole Hayden) at Turrill Elementary have been raising money through a pop can drive for a field trip to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn.

The trip was going to cost $16 per student for a total cost of around $1,000. In less than two weeks the students raised all the money needed to cover the trip. They are also doing a “goodie” sale at lunch on Thursday to finish things up.
