The Lapeer East Concert and Treble Choirs participated in the Michigan School Vocal Music Association’s District Choral Festival on March 1. Both choirs received “Excellent” overall ratings from judges, qualifying them for State Choral Festival in May.  

With over 40 choirs participating, the choirs earned some of the highest marks given during the two-day event.  These students represented their school and community in a very positive manner with their excellent singing and professionalism.
