On Tuesday night, Dr. Russell Bush, a recent inductee into the Lapeer Alumni Association’s Distinguished Alumni Hall of Honor, will speak at the Families Against Narcotics meeting at St. Matthew’s.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.

Dr. Bush, Lapeer’s medical examiner,  will present “Your Brain on Drugs.”
