The Title I Program at Turrill Elementary will once again offer a “Kids’ Boutique” during parent-teacher conferences this year. On October 25th and 27th, “Kids’ Boutique” is a place to come in and shop for gently-used children’s clothing. The boutique will be open to all Turrill families to come in and shop for items (at no cost) that their children need.
Here is how the Kids’ Boutique works: We need Turrill and Lapeer Community families to clean out their closets and donate clean, gently-used children’s clothing. Bring the clothes to the Title I room at Turrill, room 114, the week of October 17th. We also need volunteers who would be able to help sort clothing and set up on Monday, October 24. In addition, the school will need volunteers to staff the boutique during conferences. If you are able to help, please fill out the Kids Boutique form and return it to your child’s teacher by Monday, October 17.
We are very excited about this special project to offer our families at Turrill. We look forward to seeing you at the Kid’s Boutique at parent/teacher conferences. Please contact us at 810-667-2438 if you have any questions.
