The Lapeer Alumni Association is seeking new members. If you want to be a part of a dynamic community of alumni, get involved with the Lapeer Alumni Association.

The group supports the Lapeer Community Schools in a variety of ways including its annual scholarship fundraiser. The scholarship fundraiser is coming up on Sunday, October 16 at Castaways on Lake Nepessing, 4058 Hunt Road in Lapeer. The event is from 2-6 p.m.

There will  be a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle and a cash bar.

The meal will include spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert and a beverage for only $9. Children under 10 are $4.

Come on out to support the Lapeer Alumni Association; and, while you’re there, talk to a member about getting involved.
