The highly-anticipated match-up between Lapeer East and Lapeer West will go off at 7 p.m. tonight at East. Both teams have started the 2011  season strong. East, led by quarterback Gary Bulzan, is undefeated (3-0) early in the season with wins over Holly, Clio and Kearsley. West, led by dynamic junior receiver Zeshawn Jones-Parker, is 2-1 with an impressive win over Davison on its early-season resume. In West’s two other contests, the Panthers dominated Ortonville-Brandon and lost a tough game against state-ranked Fenton.
