On September 13 Zemmer Middle School hosted Lapeer County Prosecutor Byron Konschuh and Deborah Pascoe of the Child Advocacy Center in a frank discussion with parents about a number of topics that affect adolescents, including the use of cell phones, texting and social media such as Facebook and MySpace. The discussion also outlined the legal ramifications of bullying and hazing.
