The Lapeer Alumni Association

The Distinguished Alumni Hall of Honor program is a joint program cooperatively sponsored by Lapeer Community Schools (LCS) and the Lapeer Alumni Association. This award was created to recognize and honor the accomplishments of the outstanding men and women who graduated from our schools. By celebrating these role models, we inspire today’s students to move forward in their own pursuit of excellence.

Yearly, the Distinguished Alumni Award will honor Lapeer Community Schools’ graduates (living or deceased) who have graduated from LCS at least ten years ago. Candidates should be noted in their field of endeavor or recognized for their expertise and good works. He or she must be considered a role model for youth and have demonstrated positive leadership and outstanding achievement, service, or contributions to society.

Candidate Guidelines

• LCS Graduate
• May be living or deceased
• Minimum of ten years passed since graduating
• Noted in their field of endeavor or recognized for their expertise and good works
• Considered a role model for youth
• Demonstrated positive leadership and outstanding achievement, service, or contributions to society.
